At Zibralonaevorpux, we are committed to providing exceptional tree care and bush pruning services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Nature of Our Services

As a service-based business providing tree care and bush pruning, we do not sell physical products that can be returned. However, we offer a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee for all our services.

Service Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our tree care or bush pruning services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will:

  • Review your concerns thoroughly and professionally
  • Arrange a site visit to assess the work performed
  • Provide corrective services at no additional charge if warranted
  • Work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled service: Full refund of any deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • Same-day cancellations: Full cancellation fee may apply
  • Weather-related postponements: No fees, rescheduled at mutual convenience

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed services
  • Refunds are not available for services completed to agreed specifications
  • Emergency services and storm damage work are non-refundable once commenced

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify the scope of work after service has begun, additional charges may apply. We will provide a revised quote before proceeding with any changes to the original agreement.

Seasonal Programs

For clients enrolled in our seasonal maintenance programs:

  • Programs can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • Refunds for unused services will be calculated on a pro-rata basis
  • Completed services are non-refundable

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns amicably. If you have an issue with our tree care services:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
  2. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
  3. If needed, we will arrange a site inspection
  4. We will work toward a fair resolution

Exclusions

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:

  • Natural plant responses to proper pruning techniques
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before service
  • Damage caused by factors beyond our control
  • Changes in plant appearance due to seasonal growth patterns
  • Client requests that deviate from arboricultural best practices
